Pork tenderloins are one of my favorite cuts of meat to work with because they always turn out so juicy and flavorful!
This meal comes together in a matter of minutes and has such a delicious flavor. My kids loved it and I hope your family will too!
Spray a 9x13” baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder, and cinnamon. Rib spice mixture on all sides of pork.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Brown pork on all sides, for about 4-5 minutes total.
Place tenderloins in prepared baking dish. In another small bowl, mix together honey, garlic, and Tabasco sauce. Pour the mixture on top of pork and and cook in the oven until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 140 degrees (about 20 minutes).
Remove pork from oven, loosely cover with foil, and let sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.
